At Midnight RX 1% Training Camp, you will be presented as well as participate in various seminars by top trainers and coaches, athletes and professionals to further your knowledge, skills and techniques to enhance your performance. You'll also be participating in numerous physical activities to test your strength, gymnastics, endurance and mindset. Whether you're just starting out your CrossFit journey and striving towards local competitions or looking to make that shift from RX to RX+ then this camp is for you!
