Money: Uplevelling - Free Event We all have a relationship with money. Some of us have a lot of hesitation, fears, doubts, insecurities, questions around worthiness. Some of us feel excited and empowered around it. This can have an impact on what we ask for, if we ask for more, whether we negotiate at all, how we save and/or spend. The goal of this workshop is to uplevel our thoughts, perceptions and actions when it comes to money. This workshop is part of Low Entropy Foundation's Women Rising Program . Women Rising is an empowerment and leadership program for women and gender diverse individuals. Location: Coquitlam City Centre Library 1169 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam Room 136/137 Workshop Facilitator: Lindsey Lewis Lindsey Lewis is an international Life + Business + Leadership coach with over a decade of experience helping women and a few good men across the world create more success and happiness. Her work has helped hundreds of women over the years. She has worked with clients in a range of industries and professional roles, from policing to finance, supporting her clients in moving up the ladder of their own lives and work into greater success and happiness. Prior to becoming a coach, she ratcheted up the ladder at St. Joseph Media and Communications to become a young magazine editor at four of their most profitable titles, then segued into communications consulting until discovering coaching as her favourite way to make an impact. Lindsey’s approach to coaching her clients often focuses on supporting them to gain success through a passion for serving; authentic success; and pivotal self-knowledge. Her work always involves honest conversations. A willingness to call out the elephant in the room or the unhelpful biases inside our own thinking. With the intention to carve out space for elevated thinking and more effective action steps towards the end goal. She has appeared on Roundhouse Radio, Breakfast Television, and the cover of WHERE Magazine. She’s been a featured speaker at numerous places including The University of British Columbia, SAP, The City of Coquitlam, Simon Fraser University, Chartered Professionals in Human Resources BC, The Vancouver Business Network, and FuturPreneur Canada. Avagail's Mission to Cure Cancer! I’m so proud to be hosting my very first charity golf tournament in support of blood cancer research and care. This isn’t just a day on the course – it’s a chance to come together, have some fun, and make a real difference. Cancer has touched so many of us – whether it’s a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbour. It’s hit close to home for me, which is why this cause means so much. All proceeds will support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada – an organization close to my heart. This tournament wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of my dream team – Ida, Darryn, and the amazing LLSC BC Team. Every swing, every putt, every dollar brings us one step closer to a cure. Information Source: Avagail Igonia | eventbrite
