Pomona Artwalk + Alliance Black Marketplace | Alliance Community Cultural Center
Arts
The Alliance Black Marketplace takes place on the 2nd Saturdays of each month at the historic downtown Pomona. This event, known as Pomona Artwalk, has been a prominent fixture in the Pomona Arts Colony for nearly 28 years. Artists and galleries from all over the world participate in this event, making it one of the largest and oldest artwalks in the nation.
The Pomona Artwalk is not just about art; it has evolved to include retail shops, eateries, and entertainment venues, making it a vibrant and lively destination. Rain or shine, Artwalk draws thousands of visitors who enjoy live performances, gallery visits, street art, and small business pop-ups across the 10-block area.
This year, the Alliance Community Cultural Center is proud to host the Pomona Artwalk + Alliance Black Marketplace. This event aims to promote and support black businesses in the area while celebrating the rich culture and creativity of the black community. Attendees can expect to be inspired by the works of black creators, educators, designers, musicians, and artists.
Join us in Downtown Pomona for a memorable summer evening filled with community spirit. The event will take place in front of our new space, located at 406 West 2nd Street, Pomona, CA 91766.
