River Clay Fine Arts Festival River Clay Fine Arts Festival is a volunteer-driven, juried art festival in Decatur, AL, funded by sponsors and supporters of the arts. Set for October 25-26, 2025, Decatur’s annual River Clay Fine Arts Festival returns with local and national artists for a two-day celebration of the visual arts. In addition to the artist market, festivalgoers are treated to food trucks, student art exhibits, live music, and more. Saturday, October 25, 9:00 am-5:00 pm and Sunday, October 26, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. The juried art festival made its debut in 2015.
