Experience the thrill of the 2023 Zombie Run - 2 Miles of Terror - Friday the 13th Edition! This exciting event takes place on October 13th in Gorham at the Shaw Cherry Hill Farm. Lace up your running shoes and prepare for a heart-pounding two-mile fun run filled with spine-chilling surprises and terrifying distractions along the way.

Participants are encouraged to join in the spirit of the event by dressing up in their best Jason costume from the Friday the 13th series. But the fun doesn't stop there! Before the race, USM Student Theatre Artist Group (STAG) will be offering kids face painting, and a Zombie photo booth will be available for those who dare to strike a pose.

Not only will you have a blast, but you could also be a lucky winner! Your entry fee of $10 automatically enters you into a raffle where we'll be giving away over $500 worth of gifts, gift cards, and merchandise from local vendors. Plus, there are awards for top finishers and best costumes.

The event kicks off with registration and check-in at 5:30pm, followed by a 1/2 mile kids run at 6:30pm and the 2-mile run at 7pm. After each race, there will be an exciting awards ceremony and raffle drawing.

This event is co-hosted by the USM women's cross country team and Gorham Recreation, with proceeds benefiting the USM cross country teams.
