For those planning to visit the panda base, I hope you&#39;ll see this review. There are several types of buses directly to the scenic area at IFS. You can just scan the QR code to buy your ticket and hop on. No need! No need! No need to book directly on Ctrip. We booked a 12 RMB bus there (I looked around and saw the most expensive ones, with 8 and 10 RMB available on-site). The boarding position was very frustrating, and we almost missed the last bus, and there was no way to get a refund. You can choose your own bus after arriving at IFS. There&#39;s really no need to book tickets in advance on Ctrip. The same goes for the return trip. The entrance is full of return buses, and you can go directly to places like Kuanzhai Alley and Wuhou Temple (you don&#39;t have to go back to Chunxi Road).

The most crowded area in the scenic area is the Huahua Pavilion. Be prepared for a long line, especially with a lot of people. You can only see two pandas inside for about two minutes. There were two pandas inside, and one was sleeping when we entered. Once inside, we found our perfect spot and took photos. We went in the afternoon and saw a few giant pandas, but the red pandas were all sleeping in the trees.

This place is worth a visit as it has thrilling rides! We went in September and there were not much crowds. We spent the whole day there and there&rsquo;s even a mini zoo there! Most of the rides only operate from 11am so you can arrive 30mins beforehand. There is go kart racing as well which I 100% recommend others to try out as well.

The tour guide was excellent. The guy was very professional, the explanations were smooth, and the value for money was great. The Chengdu Museum has a rich collection and also has a natural history museum. It&#39;s definitely worth a visit. You should definitely hire a guide for museums, otherwise it&#39;s just a whirlwind tour.
