The 2024 Frontier League Tryout Camp and Draft will be held at Wild Things Park in Washington, Pennsylvania. This annual event, now in its 31st year, brings together all 16 Frontier League teams to scout and select new talent. Players who attend the Tryout Camp have the opportunity to sign professional contracts, with an average of 35 players per year securing deals in the past 12 seasons. The workouts will take place on April 22 and 23, featuring fielding and throwing drills for infielders, outfielders, and catchers, as well as batting practice for position players. Pitchers will have the chance to showcase their skills in front of pitching coaches. Following the workouts, inter-squad games will be held on April 23, and the draft will take place at Wild Things Park that afternoon. Friends and family are welcome to watch the workouts from the seating bowl. The event will proceed rain or shine, as the artificial playing surface allows for play in light rain and the availability of an indoor facility if needed. Participants are guaranteed at least one week in Spring Training, and spring training opens on April 25. For players with college eligibility remaining, it is advised to consult with compliance officers to safeguard eligibility. Attendees are responsible for their transportation to and from Wild Things Park.
