The 2024 Guangzhou International Light Festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Light Festival") will be officially held from November 9th to 18th. On the evening of November 9, 2024, the lighting ceremony of the 2024 Guangzhou International Light Festival will be launched at the new central axis main venue. At that time, the dynamic lighting installation works located in the South Square of Huacheng Square will jointly present a 360° circular light show with the Guangzhou Tower for the first time, showing the development vitality of the core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

A great place for families! Suitable for children over 1.4 meters tall, they can enjoy the attractions on their own without a parent. We visited on a Sunday during summer vacation and spent eight hours there, doing all eight attractions without a Kuaiquda. You can queue for whatever you want to do; the longest line was about an hour. For the whitewater rafting, it&#39;s best to bring your own raincoat and shoe covers; they sell them for 20 yuan. Also, bring plenty of water; drinking water isn&#39;t available here and can only be purchased within the park. We went to the restaurant around 11:00 AM, which was quite busy and made for a comfortable lunch. You can also ask for warm water.

- Admission: Admission to the ancient town is free, and combined tickets for some exhibition halls are 30 RMB per person for adults and 20 RMB per person for students and seniors with ID.
- Parking: There are numerous parking lots nearby. The South Parking Lot is close to the south gate and has ample spaces. The West Parking Lot is also convenient, with a fee of 5 RMB per hour, with a maximum of 30 RMB for 24 hours.

The location is great, right next to the scenic area, with a free shuttle bus to various attractions. The package we booked was a great deal, including tickets to the safari park and the Grand Circus. The room was very cartoony, and the kids loved it.
