The 2024 Nashville Weightlifting Open is a USAW sanctioned Olympic Weightlifting Meet, featuring two lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Athletes will have three attempts at each lift, competing in their respective weight class. To participate in the event, athletes must be current USAW members through March 30th, 2024, and comply with USAW rules, including wearing a singlet. Membership can be obtained by signing up on the USAW website.

Registration for the 2024 Nashville Weightlifting Open is now open. Take advantage of the Early Bird Registration prices of $55.20 until January 28th. After that, Regular Registration will be available for $78.67 until February 25th. Late Registration will be accepted until March 16th, but the entry fee is nonrefundable, so please consider this before registering. [Scenery] Even if you are not a huge country music fan, you can still be attracted by the entertainment factor of this place. I especially like the format of the performances here, as well as the number and range of movements. The entire performance will be broadcast live on the radio. The atmosphere is good, relaxed, friendly, and classic American music can also be heard. There is a small drawback, that is, the price of drinks is too high. If the price is reasonable, I believe more will be sold.
