The 2024 TFA Legacy Golf Classic is a significant event aimed at supporting T'Birds education and football aspirations. UBC football head coach Blake Nill has reached out to the Thunderbird Football Alumni to enhance the available scholarships for the upcoming season. Currently, the program only covers around 60% of the allowable scholarships, creating a gap that needs to be closed. The T.F.A. has set an ambitious goal to match the previous year's contribution of $100,000 to address this shortfall. Various sponsorship opportunities are available for individuals and companies at different levels to help achieve this objective. Sponsors will have the chance to have their name or company associated with a TFA scholarship awarded to members of the 2024 football team. By participating in the 2024 TFA Legacy Golf Classic at Tsawwassen Springs in Delta on July 18, alumni and friends can come together for a day of golf, camaraderie, and fundraising for today's Football Student Athletes. The event will feature a shotgun start, buffet dinner, and auction items, providing a platform to reinforce the TBird For Life (TB4L) philosophy.
