林村許願節是新年必到的農曆新年活動！ 今年，由年初一至年十五日，林村許願廣場開放給大眾拋寶牒許願，亦有港許願節新春市集，提供小食、賀年禮品。林村許願樹是兩棵大榕樹。兩樹被林村村民視為神靈，並在其根部燃點香蠟燭冥鏹祈褔許願，稱為「香仔樹」。後來，人們還製作寶牒，把姓名、出生年月日及願望寫在寶牒上，再附上百解符、貴人指引及祿馬衣等，並將其繫上重物，然後在誠心參拜後向樹許願後便將其拋上樹幹，不跌下來者代表願望可成真，拋寶牒許願是道教流傳的一種習俗。大埔放馬莆村的村民在農曆新年到天后廟供奉後，向廟外的大樹拋寶牒許願，並沒有特定哪一棵樹是許願樹，久而久之村口的大榕樹就成為了「許願樹」。第一棵樹是求事業、學業、家宅、財運及健康，而另一小榕樹是求子女及姻緣。游客們可以在村內購買祭品，向許願樹拋寶碟，還可點蓮花燈祈福。

Had a great day at Disney, the park isn&#39;t so big and I was able to do everything I wanted without priority pass - though I did get the early entry which was great to get in before the bigger crowds. A very good value compared to the American park also.

The elderly were very satisfied. Booking the tickets through Ctrip also gave them a 50-yuan meal voucher, good for any restaurant in the park. It&#39;s definitely worth the trip. The cable car stopped mid-air, which startled us for a minute. When we got off, we asked the staff and learned that the suspension was intentional to make it easier for wheelchair users to get on. Really thoughtful.
