The Rite of Passage combines the snatch, clean, and military press, offering a fresh and engaging workout routine. The Snatch, known as the 'Tsar,' is particularly effective due to its engagement of multiple muscle groups and extended range of motion, enabling participants to achieve explosive power, ruthless conditioning, and a vice-like grip. Moreover, it facilitates remarkable fat burn while using a lighter kettlebell, freeing up space at home, in the car trunk, or during deployment. Participants will receive comprehensive training in these skills and be equipped with a Strong Endurance™ snatch plan to continue their progress.
Additionally, participants will learn the one-arm Clean-and-Press, a powerful exercise for shoulder strength and muscular development that also promotes shoulder health. With the 'Rite of Passage' type programming, participants can expect a reliable progression in their training. The Rite of Passage offers three versions – 'Jurassic,' '907 Hypertrophy,' and 'Heavy' – each designed to facilitate continuous gains over an extended period.
