Join Flexy Michelle and Chantal for our 1.5 hour Sound Bath and Self Myofascial Release Healing Workshop. You are guaranteed to leave feeling rejevenated and probably a little sleepy! ✨😴
Chantal is a certified sound bath practitioner of Sanative Sound Bath. She is also a yoga & fintess instructor and a nurse!
Flexy Michelle is a yoga, barre, pilates, pole fitness & flexibility instructor! She is a self-myofascial release pratitioner and a curated speaker at Robertson College for SMR & Yoga for the Massage Therapy Program. (She herself does not practise massage therapy though!) Flexy also teaches chair acro!
At this workshop, expect to be engulfed by musical vibrations, spa-like aromas, and nice deep stretches accompanied by SMR (Self-Myofascial Release), a hands-on technique that helps align and elongate your fascia (the tissue that surrounds all of our muscles). This technique coupled with stretching helps to increase your ROM (range of motion, a.k.a. flexibility). You can expect essential oils, warm aroma infused towels, and heating pads. This is an emersive an experience! The whole time, you and the room will be flooded with magical frequencies generated from the crystal singing bowls. *NOT INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES* Please
