For people who never learnt to cycle or those who haven’t been on a bike for years, and want to regain their confidence. Bikes and helmets are available to borrow, and all of the training takes place at traffic-free venues. If you do have your own bike, then you are more than welcome to bring it! Our friendly and qualified instructors will help you with your balance, confidence and cycling skills and have you riding around in no time. Once you have built up your skills on this beginner session you can book on to one of our improver courses.
