Authentic Worth Publishing presents their latest ninth book: The Real Stories of Mothers – The powerful and lived stories of mothers who persevere for future generations Part 2! Alongside balancing motherhood with business, it takes a community to raise a child(ren). The purpose behind writing reminds us that we are called to fulfil fruitful purpose. The Real Stories of Mothers book is a safe space for women and mothers to be real, authentic and open to all that is yet to unfold as we tell our stories unapologetically to inspire and encourage future mothers. Our team of seasoned speakers, mothers (both experienced and new), performers, panellists and foreword contributor will take us on the journey of what it means to celebrate the mantle of real motherhood, including the triumphs and vulnerabilities, alongside women who are in the waiting season of desiring children, whilst being prepared for the responsibilities of stewardship. A brief synopsis of what The Real Stories of Mothers book entails: “Pregnancy and motherhood bring vulnerable moments of tears, joyful moments and lasting memories. Motherhood is strength; it is the legacy passed onto future generations, emphasising the importance of selflessness and stewarding the life she is entrusted with. The Real Stories of Mothers is an earnest book empowering the reader to learn from seventeen recent and established mothers who share their journey of endurance and fortitude, whilst maintaining a balanced lifestyle in marriage, work, business, leisure and more importantly, equipping mothers to adjust to a new season of life. In as much as this book is about the lived, real stories of mothers in various walks of life, it highlights the importance of preparing for pregnancy and the expectations of what it entails. This book will deepen your faith, sharpen your resilience, and expand your capacity to love. Through the highs and lows, the laughter and the tears, God is always at work; refining, equipping, and preparing mothers for the sacred task they have been given.” We understand the importance of motherhood and the impact it has in society. We value the work that goes into stewarding child(ren), whether as a new or seasoned mother with little to many years of experience. Not only should motherhood be celebrated; it contributes greatly in marriages, creating safe and friendly environments of growth, development, transparency, laughter, vulnerability, and above all, strength to persevere. We are intentional about the wisdom shared from our new and seasoned mothers, alongside the transparent talks, discussions and moments of deep reflections shared. There will be eight other books by the Author being signed and purchased on the day. Upon registering for free, you will have the opportunity of purchasing raffle ticket(s) where a goodie bag will be given away including a signed copy of The Real Stories of Mothers! Raffle tickets cost £5.00. Doors will open at 1.00pm for a prompt start at 2.00pm, so ensure you are in the venue on time and get yourself a good seat! Location details are on the flyer and we will send notifications two days prior to the launch as a reminder. Tell a friend and invite family members, mothers-to-be and your loved ones about our ninth book launch on The Real Stories of Mothers – we look forward to seeing you on Saturday 04th October 2025! Roman Lincolnshire Come join us at Grantham Museum for a fascinating talk exploring the rich history of Roman Lincolnshire! Lincolnshire was occupied by the Romans for over three centuries, and there are many traces of their presence to be found today. This talk will take us back to discover all about Roman Lincolnshire and Roman Lincoln. Erik will look at the evidence we have for Roman Lincolnshire, how it changed over time, what Roman Lincoln was like and briefly how it all ended. Having taught Romans at University and to school groups in museums, Erik knows a lot about what we know plus (more importantly) what we do not know as well as what we think we know but is based on dodgy evidence.
