The LAST CHANCE QUALIFIER is a one-day USAW sanctioned event taking place in El Cajon. This event is open to all ages and weight classes, including Masters under USAW. Join us for our fifth Snatch Clinic, November 16th at 11:30 am. This two-hour snatch clinic is for enthusiasts, beginner athletes,those looking for a challenge and those who have never picked up a barbell. We will take each attende through the snatch learning progressions that have been used to teach the the best in the United States. We will address multiple common errors that we see in Olympic Weightlifting tecnique. That way the attendee has the ability to apply their new skills at home or in their current training programs.
