"Everybody Health & Leisure is organizing an Adult Inclusive Cycling session aimed at assisting individuals with impairments to stay active and enjoy themselves. These sessions offer those with impairments or additional needs the chance to engage in cycling, promote physical activity, independence, and leisure. Participants can explore a variety of adapted bikes in the sportshall under the supervision of Everybody Coaches. Helmets will be provided, although participants are welcome to bring their own. To ensure a quality experience, sessions are limited to a maximum of 7 individuals and require advance booking; walk-ins will not be accommodated.
