Choirmistress and B Sharp music leader Ellie Walker returns for another edition of her ‘Pop-Up Choir’ - An evening where you, the audience, are also the choir! Pursuit of Gospel choir and band started as a passion project between friends and led to their first gospel choir workshop and ‘Gospel Christmas’ event in 2021. The original 6-piece ensemble has since grown to a 9-piece band and a community of over 50 singers and sells out performances around the Somerset area. Pursuit Of Gospel shares a love of classic and contemporary gospel music and takes their message of hope and God’s love into the places that most need it. This hands on session will help you understand the set up process as well as provide an overview of the various accessories available to get the most from your bandsaw. This session will cover: Setup and operation of a bandsaw to achieve accurate cuts Fitting a bandsaw blade Using the UJK Bandsaw Buddy to achieve accurate setup and alignment As well as creating a simple bandsaw box, we will also cover how to create veneer cuts on the bandsaw. This demonstration session will provide an opportunity to get hands-on with the setup and operation of the bandsaw, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about setting up a bandsaw.
