Come join us for a Sunday afternoon Stöke Session where we will be focusing on slow-speed skills such as exploring dynamic body position, riding skinnies (a.k.a. staying on line at slow speeds), and controlling our bike through tight turns and tricky trail situations. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting out, this session is a perfect way to get yourself SHRED-READY for the season! **This session is open to ALL riders of all abilities. Space is limited to 12 participants.** What to expect In this two-hour session held in Bauhaus' roomy back parking lot, you'll learn and safely practice mountain biking skills under the guidance of two BICP Level 2 certified instructors— Lisa and Leigh, the Stöke Sisters. Following the session, we'll gather on the Bauhaus patio to share the stoke and open the floor for Q&A. You'll have the chance to ask us about skills, trail etiquette, gear and more. The theme of the hour is the beloved children's book Vesle Pinne får besøk by Lena Anderson. It is the story of little hedgehog who is lonely, but as she is making tea, she gets a visitor.
