Get ready to challenge your mind and body as we play various games and activities inspired by the classic game Simon Says. Most of us move like we're in a life long game of Simon Says. Lift your arms. Touch your toes. Spin around. Clean the kitchen. Do the laundry. But what if Simon said move like the ocean? or wiggle your fingers like a candle flame? We will be taking the everyday stressful movements and making them feel a bit more magical in our body.
