Pilates & Barre, a fusion of Pilates and ballet, offers a powerful workout that targets the core and tones the arms, legs, and booty. Remember that booking in advance is essential as classes are dependent on having a minimum of two bookings.
The class takes place at Studio 1, located at Oakley Fitness Tunbridge Wells in the city of Tunbridge Wells. You can choose to attend on Mondays from 18:00 to 19:00, starting from September 9th, or on Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30, starting from October 7th. The drop-in fee is £12.50 per class, or you can take advantage of the discounted class passes. A 5x class pass is available for £55 (£11 per class), or a 10x class pass for £100 (£10 per class). Please note that the class passes can only be purchased through the official website.
To participate in the class, make sure to bring your own socks, water bottle, and towel. It is important to wear suitable activewear, avoiding loose clothing. If you prefer shorts, it is mandatory to wear (cycling) leggings underneath. Socks are compulsory for the exercises, as they will not be performed in shoes or barefoot. In case you forget your socks, anti-slip socks are available for purchase at £5.
