The Lift-Off at Home Gym Con is a prestigious USA Weightlifting meet, organized by Meet Week Co. and 1Kilo Weightlifting. This event will take place at the renowned French Lick Springs Hotel in French Lick, Indiana. Registration for the event will close two weeks prior to the event date, or when all spots are filled. A start list will be sent out on the evening that registration ends. The competition will feature Open and Elite division sessions. It is important to note that participation in the Elite division is by invitation only. All registered participants will also receive a weekend pass to HomeGymCon. The event schedule is subject to change based on registration numbers, so it is advisable to stay updated through email communication. The schedule typically includes multiple sessions starting from early morning to evening. The order of lifts will be Snatch and Clean & Jerk, with all weights measured in kilograms. In order to participate, all lifters must have a current USA Weightlifting membership and their equipment will be checked during weigh-in. Spectators are welcome to attend the meet, and sponsorships and vendor spots are available. Cash prizes and other rewards will be announced closer to the event. The entry fee for Open registration is $120, with spots available for both Open Men and Open Women. Additional spots may become available depending on scheduling in partnership with HomeGymCon.
