Concerts
Secret Society is a party series curated by Loopacabra, an American house music producer and Beatport charting artist.  Def Not a Cult is a new party series by the renowned DJ and producer Mienne.  With many successful collaborations under their belts, Loopacabra and Mienne have reunited to co-host this event. We are incredibly lucky to have two amazing incredible artists, Mr Jennings and Pacific Patterns, headlining this limited capacity event.   Mr Jennings: A sophisticated technique for the delivery of squidges, squooshes, bleeps, blops, and other peculiar sounds. Best administered through a wall of subwoofers at an assembly of gyrating humanoid creatures.  Sounds like: “a psychedelic after-school Satan Club for Furiosas and Lost Boys" See also: “going to a fancy southern banquet to drink malt liquor out of plastic gasoline jugs” Bass music, but not just a wall of sound!  Think dirty bass, 808s, and thick analog synths but with a big ole helping of certified booty bouncin’ grooves.  The dancefloor is calling ... Mr Jennings is a founder of the Richmond, VA based collective Party Liberation Front and spent over a decade throwing underground parties up and down the east coast before moving to Portland, OR to make beats and eat noodles.  He’s also a manager at Burning Man Information Radio and LOVES sharing music and shenanigans in the dust. ❤️ Listen: https://spoti.fi/3G3n7Fp Pacific Patterns Portland-based electronic music producer Pacific Patterns is known for striking a balance between hard-hitting West Coast bass and psychedelic atmospheres and melodies. His sets deliver a wide range of eclectic dance music. Pacific Patterns originally made a name for himself by pushing unique sounds and releasing music with labels such as Phuture Collective, Street Ritual, and Jadu Dala. He has performed across the Western United States at various festivals and venues, recently shaking stages at Lightning in a Bottle and Camp Questionmark at Burning Man. He is a founding member of the Beverage Collective, a group of electronic musicians that includes Underbelly, Noer The Boy, and buhlü. Listin: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4UnRCGcuWbqRnk6MN3T76a?si=-QGPBQkOSpu-6Bdt_mhxMA Mienne:  Mienne has been involved in dance culture for nearly two decades. She has always been a performance artist; initially as a belly dancer, her natural sense of movement and rhythm translated gracefully into her journey as a DJ. Her Libran love of balance (and variety!) makes her uniquely adept at setting a sonic scene that elicits journeys across desert tundra, into a dark foggy club, through the expansiveness of space, and SPLAT onto a jiggling subwoofer. Whether it’s bass/tech house or West Coast bass, you can expect to see smiling faces and feel your booty wiggle. Listen: https://soundcloud.com/endymienne Loopacabra: Loopacabra is an American musician and DJ.  His productions span a range of electronic music and often defy genre.  He has been playing music since childhood and started releasing albums in 2012 under the moniker NOJESUS, a duo that he formed with his best friend Mummyfingaz. In 2016 he commenced a solo career that within a few short years had him performing for thousands at clubs, festivals, and Burning Man.  In 2021 Loopacabra and frequent collaborator Mienne joined Brazilian bass house label Muzenga Records for a series of releases. In 2023 the pair teamed up with rapper [E]mpress for the High Freq Vibe EP, which was released on Feral One Records and broke into the Beatport top ten in several different categories.   He is known for his high energy music and has performed alongside artists such as Bijou, Ghastly, Justin Jay, Justin Martin, J.Phlip, Malaa, Matroda, Nala, Sonny Fodera, TOKiMONSTA, Tycho, Walker & Royce and many others.  Loopacabra’s credits include releases on Brazil’s Muzenga Records and Seattle’s Feral One Records. Dylan McCann: Urban Tribal Art ShowWhere Mythology, Adventure, and Self-Discovery Collide Step into the captivating world of Portland-based artist Dylan McCann at his solo art show, Urban Tribal. A vibrant celebration of mythology, folklore, and the spirit of adventure, McCann’s work takes you on a color-drenched, high-octane journey across time and culture. From Southwest tribal traditions to Celtic symbolism and urban jungle vibes, his art explores the mythic hero’s journey through a modern lens. Dylan’s murals have graced the streets of Phoenix, Mesa, and Scottsdale, and his creative path is one of constant movement—both physically and artistically. His work is fueled by the spirit of exploration, drawing inspiration from the grit of the streets, the energy of the ocean, and the soul of the motorcycle rider and surfer. His pieces embody the adventurous curiosity of an ancient explorer, paying homage to the unknown while forging new creative paths. In addition to his own art, Dylan is passionate about sharing his creative process with others. He teaches community art classes through Deaf Look Club, a collaborative space where people of all backgrounds come together to explore art and culture through hands-on experiences. As part of this initiative, Dylan has been working with club members to create original masks, each piece reflecting their personal journeys and artistic expressions. These masks will be displayed at this show, marking their very first public art display. Come support the Deaf Look Club members as they showcase their talent and creativity! Dylan’s latest works also tie into the Garuda Honda motorcycle project, a visual representation of speed, adventure, and the modern explorer’s quest. With every piece, McCann invites you to join him on a global journey—a visual odyssey of art, storytelling, and exploration.
