It's conceived not simply as an act of personal wellbeing but also a space for renewal, hope, and the possibility of transformation for both ourselves and for the bigger picture of life around us. Whether you seek rejuvenation, rest, inspiration, musical nourishment or a quiet rebellion against the culture of hustle, busyness and individualism, this evening offers a sanctuary to breathe, be, and heal.
