Join me on Sunday 5th January 2025 at 5-7:30 pm for an evening of relaxing candlelit yin yoga (slow and low - no sweat!), guided meditations, and breath work. This workshop will leave you energised and ready to kickstart the year with a positive mindset and outlook! The workshop will take place in the heated MIND + BODY Studio at CrossFit Southampton. The evening includes a welcome drink and a break for a healthy snack and energising herbal tea. No previous yoga experience is necessary, everyone is welcome. Just come with a positive open mind. Please wear comfy active clothing. Mats, blankets and cushions will be provided Free parking is available at CrossFit Southampton.
