Create Aliveness, Energy, and Joy with Breath | The Red Shoes
Apr 30, 2025 (UTC-5)ENDED
Baton Rouge
The way you relate to one thing is the way you relate to everything. If you're not connecting deeply with yourself, all of your connections to life and the people you love will not be as deep and meaningful.
This is the purpose of this workshop experience, to use this ancient process to connect with and Awaken your deepest essence of being alive, present, and totally conscious.
This very important work involves a series of Conscious Intuitive Energy Breathing cycles that give people more health, happiness, success, peace of mind and so much more.
You'll experience a guided Healing & Personal Growth Acceleration Journey. It's for people who desire rapid consciousness expansion, increased self-awareness, direct spiritual experiences through a 100% natural process with the power of breath, Third-eye openings, and somatic trauma release and healing, which all leads to a greater sense of well-being, growing connection with your higher self and spiritual nature, reduced anxiety and fear, as well as more confidence and clarity of purpose in your calling, relationships, health, self-love, and a sustainable more joyful peace of mind. You will be able to let go of past conditioning that currently holds you back, keeps you stuck in repeating patterns, and no longer serves you.
Breath workshops will start with a 30 minute overview and explanation of the process followed by a 60 minute deeply meditative and powerful breathing experience discovered by Leonard D. Orr in the 1960's. Once the cycle is complete you'll be given time to integrate the experience, journal if you'd like, and debrief with the group.
