Nik is passionate about education, mentoring clinicians across the UK and Europe, empowering them to build confidence in advanced techniques, and helping them elevate the quality of care they provide. He holds a Master’s in Aesthetic Dentistry from King’s College London and the prestigious Membership in Advanced General Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons. In 2019, Nik was recognised as a finalist for Best Young Dentist London at the Private Dentistry Awards, further cementing his status as a leader in the field. Nik co-founded Elevate in 2020, a leading education platform that supports dentists in refining their clinical expertise and accessing evidence-based training. As a Key Opinion Leader for multiple dental companies, he contributes to the development and improvement of dental materials and techniques, helping shape the future of dental practice. Whether through his leadership role at BAAD, mentoring through Elevate, or ongoing clinical work, Nik is committed to advancing the dental profession and ensuring that the next generation of clinicians is equipped to meet the challenges of modern dentistry. Elaine graduated from Barts and the London hospital and has developed her skills with extensive postgraduate plus international education as a keen believer in maintaining state of the art knowledge. As an advanced general dental practioner having gained her MADGS with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, she focuses a majority of her work in Orthodontic and Restorative Dentistry. Aside from her multiple teaching commitments including the Elevate Dental education faculty, she has various roles including for the UK clinical advisory board for Align Technology, a Full member ExCo role for the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and a UK National Director for Dentinal Tubules.
