Dheerendra will be focusing on the technical aspects of Riyaz (practice) in Kathak and its execution through the Bandishes (a fixed, melodic composition in Hindustani vocal or instrumental music). Dheerendra Tiwari Dheerendra Tiwari’s illustrious career has been shaped under the tutelage of the maestro Pt Rajendra Gangani, whose living legacy generations to come will seek inspiration from. Equally distinguishable in his art are the footprints of the internationally acclaimed Guru Aditi Mangaldas, who taught him how to bear the flame of Kathak without marring its poetry.
