Rules
This is a rain or shine event, artists and schedules are subject to change all sales are final.
NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS.
No illicit drugs.
No glass
Firewood will be available for sale on site.
There is no sale of alcohol on the premises. You are welcome to bring and enjoy beverages responsibly. You must be 21 to consume alcohol and all persons consuming alcohol must have a valid age verification wristband. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the event and a meeting with local law enforcement.
Swimming is permitted during daylight hours and in designated areas only. No night swimming. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Kids under 18 must swim with an adult.
No fireworks
No firearms, weapons, or knives
No rude or drunken behavior will be tolerated. There will be security on site.
Although we encourage you to stay at the festival, reentry is permitted with a wrist band, NO EXCEPTIONS.
No re-entry after 9pm.
If you're not camping, we request that you you leave before 12am to limit traffic out of respect for the campers.
At this time, there are no covid-related entry requirements for this event. This venue reserves the right to enact any health and safety measures it deems appropriate without notice. Refunds will not be given based on personal disagreement with any such measures.
Upon entering the venue you assume all risks and danger of camping and related outdoor activities.
The festival grounds are owned and operated by Todds Fork Adventures LLC.

NO CAMPING IN OR BY YOUR CAR 
For the safety of our guests, and the layout of the festival grounds, we ask to keep vehicles in the parking areas. We'll have a shuttle running from the parking areas to transport your camping gear and supplies.
RV is near the main stage! No hookups.
Campsites are first come first serve, get here early to get the best spot!
We have a wide variety of camping areas including wooded sites, creekside sites, family area, an Rv area, even island sites for the adventurous.
NEW SHADY GROVE! Near the Sycamore Stage!
There will be food trucks on site. Ice and water will also be available.
Firewood will be available for sale.
TODD’S FORK OUTDOOR BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL

Nestled on 45 acres of creekside property in Morrow, OH on the banks of scenic Todd’s Fork lies a place with a rich musical history. The Todd Fork Bluegrass festival was held here from 1972 through 1976 at a time when bluegrass music was really gaining ground in the music scene. The festival hosted such musicians as Red Allen, Vernon Mcintyre and Appalachian Grass, The Osborne Brothers, Newgrass Review, Jimmy Martin, and the father of Bluegrass Bill Monroe. It also had a flea market!
About 6 years ago the land was purchased by Freddie Carmack and Glenn Hubbard. They’ve since made some improvements, carved out some campsites and now host campers as Todd’s Fork Adventures…and now 50 years later we’re ready to bring back the music to the valley!

Release of Liability
Read Carefully - This Affects Your Legal Rights
In exchange for participation in the activity of Todd's Fork Music Revival organized by Todds Fork Adventures, of 149 Hopkins Street, Morrow, Ohio, 45152 and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of Todds Fork Adventures, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family, to the following:
1. Agreement To Follow Directions.
 I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Todds Fork Adventures, or the employees, representatives, or agents of Todds Fork Adventures.
2. Assumption of the Risks and Release. 
I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Todds Fork Adventures for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Todds Fork Adventures, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Todds Fork Adventures or other third parties.
3. Indemnification. 
I agree to indemnify and defend Todds Fork Adventures against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Todds Fork Adventures.
4. Fees.
 I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Todds Fork Adventures caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.
5. Applicable Law.
 Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Ohio law.
6. No Duress.
 I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to sign this agreement and that I have been given a reasonable opportunity to review it before signing. I further agree and acknowledge that I am free to have my own legal counsel review this agreement if I so desire. I further agree and acknowledge that Todds Fork Adventures has offered to refund any fees I have paid to use its facilities if I choose not to sign this agreement.
7. Arm's Length Agreement. 
This agreement and each of its terms are the product of an arm's length negotiation between the Parties. In the event any ambiguity is found to exist in the interpretation of this agreement or any of its provisions, the Parties, and each of them, explicitly reject the application of any legal or equitable rule of interpretation which would lead to a construction either "for" or "against" a particular party based upon their status as the drafter of a specific term, language, or provision giving rise to such ambiguity.
8. Enforceability.
 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this agreement, whether standing alone or as applied to a particular occurrence or circumstance, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this agreement or of any other applications of such provision, as the case may be. Such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed not to be a part of this agreement.
