Tai Chi in the Parks: Beginners WorkshopJoin OSU Extension and The Park District for a Tia Chi experience in the parks! This 8 week Tai Chi workshop is geared for beginners! The whole 8-week workshop is only $18. Tai Chi has been known to help decrease arthritis pain, helps prevent falls, increase flexibility, improve physical and mental balance, and can be done seated or standing. Don't miss this opportunity to improve your well-being while connecting with nature. Program will be outside in the grass along paved paths. In the case of inclement weather we will move inside to a fully accessible space. seating will be provided by request. An adult must accompany all children under 12. See you there!
