Over the course of five years, Palin meticulously documented, researched, and curated her inheritance, which encompassed more than 1300 pieces including canvases, drawings, pastels, and watercolors. The culmination of her efforts is Unexpected Legacy: Selected Works of Kenneth Showell (1939-1997), marking the first major exhibition of Showell's remarkable art in nearly two decades. She is also co-authoring a graphic novel trilogy with Kwame called Brainstormerz, set to be released in 2025. Cassidy is dedicated to fostering a love for creative writing and literature, as she works with Seattle Arts and Writer-In-The-Schools (WITS) program.
