Featuring Aaron MacDonald: Aaron is a singer-songwriter from Mabou, Nova Scotia, known for his heartfelt lyrics and soulful blend of folk, rock, and country. With a rich, storytelling style, Aaron’s music captures the essence of small-town life and the beauty of the East Coast. Whether on stage or in the studio, his songs resonate with authenticity and deep emotion, making him a standout voice in the East Coast music scene. Bethany June: Bethany is a singer songwriter/traveling minstrel from Ontario. She found her love for music while busking in the UK and hasn't looked back since. She covers a wide range of tunes from Irish music, country, folk, r&b etc. From upbeat songs to beautiful ballads her singing will bring you on a journey. Rankin MacEachern and Bryan Picard: Members of the band Lookout Tower, Rankin and Bryan are storytellers inspired by the cultural landscape of Cape Breton and woven from the yarn of hard times - their songs are the culmination of musical paths not commonly crossed. Defying genres with a no holds barred approach, vintage soul meets modern Americana, where old-time harmonies and bluesy influences are dashed with Acadian roots, creating their original Winter Swamp Sound - a sonic palette of soulful ballads, rousing blues rock and hypnotic funk. Peter MacInnis: Peter, a singer-songwriter from West Mabou, Cape Breton, is known for his heartfelt storytelling, rich harmonies, and deep connection to his island roots. As a member of the band Beech Hill, he blends folk, rock, and acoustic sounds, capturing the essence of Cape Breton life. Beyond music, Peter is an actor, comedian, and educator, recognized for his YouTube series Cape Breton Chats and stage performances like The Cape Breton Summertime Revue. He continues to inspire as a full-time music teacher while sharing his passion for storytelling through song and performance. Eddie Cummings: Eddie, a singer-songwriter from Mabou, Nova Scotia, has been energizing audiences across the province for over 15 years with his unique blend of country and rock. A versatile musician, Eddie showcases his talents as a vocalist, acoustic and electric guitarist, and harmonica player. His debut single, Lost and Found, topped the East Coast Countdown for seven consecutive weeks in 2011. Eddie has performed at notable venues and festivals, including the Stan Rogers Folk Festival and Nashville's Bluebird Café, captivating audiences with his catchy, self-written tunes that appeal to listeners of all ages.
