The project includes a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) and associated car parking, and is funded through a combination of developer S106 contributions and support from West Northamptonshire Council. This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore how Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) are being applied to deliver a low-energy, high-performance educational facility. The structure features pre-cast, off-site manufactured concrete components , designed to maximise thermal mass and energy efficiency. Additional sustainable features include Air Source Heat Pumps , passive ventilation , PV panels , green roofing , and a solar-shading colonnade . Architectural details reflect the local heritage, with limestone-coloured panels and motifs inspired by the nearby Grade II Listed Pytchley Gates .
