Strength For Endurance is excited to welcome Dr. Richard Blagrove to this years Endurance Speaker Series. Richard has a wealth of experience in Sports Science, Physiology and athletic performance and is currently Senior Lecturer in Physiology and Programme Leader for the MSc Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough University. Richard is also the author of 'Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Running' which was published in 2015. Richard joins us for a morning of education and application, where both coaches and athletes can walk away with a greater understanding of how to significantly improve their endurance performance. ---------------------------- This is not just another lecture. Do you truly want to make changes this year? Whether it's overcoming injury, training consistently for the first time in a while, getting the race results you know you're capable of, or providing a coaching service that truly cares about your athletes? The Endurance Speaker Series puts a huge emphasis on real life application. There's no point in collecting more information or spending more money on appointments and consults that don't get you addressing the real issue. We want you to leave with a clear plan and understanding what you need to do to move the needle forward. The RPM is genuinely a fun event with a wide array of craft taking to the river including international craft, recreational canoes & kayaks, surf skis, outriggers, surf boats and sups. The emphasis at the RPM at all times is about participation. So, if you are up for a challenge lock the date in early and get into action for this year’s Riverland Paddling Marathon.
