Strength For Endurance is excited to welcome Dr. Richard Blagrove to this years Endurance Speaker Series. Richard has a wealth of experience in Sports Science, Physiology and athletic performance and is currently Senior Lecturer in Physiology and Programme Leader for the MSc Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough University. Richard is also the author of 'Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Running' which was published in 2015. Richard joins us for a morning of education and application, where both coaches and athletes can walk away with a greater understanding of how to significantly improve their endurance performance. ---------------------------- This is not just another lecture.
