Rhode Island Genealogical Society 50th Anniversary Conference will be held in the Ballroom and Foyer.

Early Bird and full price Member tickets prices are available for registered RIGS members only. Non-members are encouraged to join RIGS to receive the member price. Members who wish to bring a spouse or one other household resident at the member rate can change to a dual membership for an additional $12.50/year. Karin Wulf
is the Beatrice and Julio Mario Santo Domingo Director and Librarian of the John Carter Brown Library, and Professor of History at Brown University. Her book
Lineage: Genealogy and the Power of Connection in Early America
will be published by Oxford University Press in 2025; among other projects she is working on Genealogy: a Very Short Introduction, also for OUP.
Keith Stokes
is presently Vice President of the 1696 Heritage Group. He has also been an Advisor for Rhode Island with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and served on numerous local, regional, and national business and public boards, including Preservation Society for Newport County, Touro Synagogue Foundation, Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission Historical Review Board, Rhode Island Black Heritage Society, Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, Quonset Development Corporation, Rhode Island Foundation, and the American Antiquarian Society
Traci Picard
is a public historian and researcher from Providence, RI. She has recently wrapped up a research project for the Simmons Center for the Study of Slavery and Justice, resulting in a report called Company Property: A Case Study of Northern Slavery. She has led the Snowtown Research Team for several years, and contributed to a wide variety of research projects and exhibitions.
Bonnie Wade Mucia
owns Keeper of the Past Genealogy, LLC, and is a professional genealogist focusing on New England research. She is the Director of the Mayflower Families Silver Books Project for the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, concentrating on Mayflower passengers' descendants.
