Each Sunday we will meet at de la terre bakery at 1pm. We will go over the route and do a short warm up together beforehand. This is a no pressure, go at your own pace activity for anyone wanting to connect with others in the recovery community in a healthy positive way Walkers are absoultely welcome! The route will be aproximately 3 km in length and there's no pressure to finish. Stop whenever you like. The last session will be a trail run at a beautiful location just outside the city. Boathouse - Take a tour of our boathouse and get an up close look at a rowing shell. Ergometer - Experience the mechanics behind the rowing technique on an erg. Dockside Rowing Shell (weather permitting) - Take a seat in one of our rowing shells and experience what it feels like to be on the water .
