LEARN TO RIDE SESSIONS AT TORBAY VELOPARK, PENWILL WAY, PAIGNTON, TQ4 5JR In the Summer Holidays , Torbay Cycling Services will be running Learn to Ride Sessions at Torbay Velopark for children in Years 3-6, who can't ride a bike without stabilisers. A Learn to Ride session at Torbay Velopark is two hours long with 1 instructor to 3 children. The cost is £10 (plus booking fee). As this is subsidised by Torbay Council, we can only accept children from the Torbay Area. The fee is non-refundable. Bikes and helmets will be provided for any children that need them. Although we can't guarantee that your child will be riding independently by the end of the session, we have an extremely high success rate. Please ensure that your child wants to Learn to Ride before signing them up for a session.
