InsureSpectre Summer Break Bus – May 10 (PSU → IAD Airport) Event Details : Departure Location : State College Bus Terminal (152 N. Atherton Street, State College, PA) Departure Time : 9:00 AM (We will start checking your tickets 15 mins early) Reporting Time : 8:30 AM Destination : : IAD (Dulles International) Airport, Virginia Estimated Travel Time : 4-5 hours Baggage: 1 carry-on bag with 1 baggage is allowed (You need to buy another ticket for 2 bags) (Early Bird Ticket comes with 1 exta bag) Terms and Conditions for InsureSpectre Summer Break Bus Service Booking and Payment : All bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and route. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. Cancellations and Refunds : Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued. Arrival and Reporting : Passengers are required to arrive at the departure location 30 minutes prior to the departure time . The bus will leave promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided. Baggage Policy : Each passenger is allowed one piece of carry-on luggage and one checked bag. Extra baggage : Passengers wishing to bring an extra bag must pay for an additional seat, subject to availability. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, vandalism, or dancing in the bus in any sense through garbage or any other action , is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of $500 and may result in removal from the service without a refund. Liability : InsureSpectre are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. InsureSpectre are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Outside food and drinks are not permitted; however, tumblers and water bottles are allowed. For example, you may not enter the venue with a Dunkin' Donuts cup.
