At this pop-up small group session, athletes will experience a comprehensive and intensive session, where they'll have an opportunity to dive deep into shooting science both in the classroom and on court. We will start by using Minecraft to learn some basics of coding including variables, functions, loops, Boolean logic and much more. We will then apply what we have learned to create some amazing Minecraft structures and even learn a little about math and science along the way. We will also design our own skins and create mods and custom items and mobs. We will even get to design our own worlds and characters from scenes from our favorite movies. We will also explore the chemistry crafting features to create colorful fireworks and helium balloons that can float (and carry pigs in the sky).If you enjoy Minecraft and hacking and modifying with technology, you are going to love this camp geared toward children ages 8 - 14.
