Join us for a tour of Limeburn Hill Biodynamic Vineyard , located on the south facing slopes of Westfield Farm in the Chew Valley. The vineyard manager and winemaker will take you on a guided walk through the vines, demonstrating how they are managed in a natural and sustainable way, and explain how the biodynamic farming methods work in harmony with the natural world. The tour will culminate in a guided tasting of our wines where we will explain how we make wine naturally using nothing more than the juice and wild yeast from the grapes. We will spend the day sampling tasty delights from Rachel’s book, exploring the meadows and vineyard, visiting the tree hives around the farm, and learning about the connection between flowers and flavour in different British honeys.
