Join us for a delightful session at the “ Field to Vase - Make your own posey ” event at the Worcester community garden, using flowers grown on-site. These are zero carbon, peat-free, chemical-free, locally grown British blooms. This workshop is about learning about what we can grow locally throughout the season to reduce our carbon footprints, as well as cutting, conditioning & creating lovely posies for your home or friends. The focus will be on cut-and-come again annuals (both hardy and half-hardy), as due to our now all-too-regular flooding from River Severn, we are limited in the perennials we can grow. No experience needed in either gardening or floristry and all materials will be provided. There is a nominal fee of £5 (excluding Eventbrite fees of £1.13) per person. This in-person event will take place on Sun, Jul 06, 2025 at **Great Witley Village Hall** Experience the power of Kundalini and Tantra yoga as you are guided through various techniques to help you connect with your inner self and find balance and harmony in your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this workshop is open to all levels. An open mind is all that is needed. (This does not involve Spiritual Intimacy with a partner) We will open the day with meditation and setting intentions followed by Asana practice. Covered on the day will be: • Adult, child and baby basic life support • Choking adult, child and baby • Unconsciousness • Minor injuries • Recovery position • Burns • And more Refreshments will be provided, however, please bring your own lunch or consider suitable arrangements (some shops are within driving distance).
