Celebrate SIU Alumni Day with the Western Michigan Whitecaps at LMCU Ballpark in Comstock Park on August 24, 2024. Alumni are invited to an evening of networking and minor league baseball as the Whitecaps take on the Lake County Captains at 7:05 p.m. Seating will be prime, on chairback padded seats behind home plate. Tickets are priced at $19 for the game only or $25 for the game along with a hot dog and soda combo. Before the game, alumni will convene at Vitale's Sports Bar and Lounge, located at 3868 W River Drive NE, starting at 5 p.m., with food and drinks available for purchase. Join fellow Salukis of the West Michigan area for SIU Alumni Day with West Michigan Whitecaps, Thursday, June 19, at LMCU Ballpark in Comstock Park, MI. Alumni will host a pre-game gathering at Vitale's Sports Bar Lounge starting at 4 p.m. Enjoy appetizers, drinks, and networking with other Salukis until it's time to move into LMCU Ballpark. The West Michigan Whitecaps take on the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, with a first pitch starting at 6:30 p.m. Specials at the ballpark that evening are $3 beers, hot dogs, and Pepsi products.
