Tetra-Breath uses a circular style of breathing which allows you to tap into a state of deep relaxation, creating space for an emotional detox of your body, mind and soul. You will be guided through a breathing pattern to carefully curated music, enabling you to dive deep into your body and clear out stagnant energy, limiting beliefs and release emotional blockages or old patterns within.

To prepare for the session you will need the following:
– An eye mask (I have spares if needed)
– A yoga matt or cusioned throw to lie down on
– A blanket to keep you warm
– A pillow for your head
It is advised that you preferrably don't eat anything heavy before the session to enable you to fully enjoy the breathing experience.
The whole session will last around 1 hour. On arrival I will take you through and help prepare you for the session - which I will facilitate throughout the 40 minutes of breathing. I play a bespoke playlist of music which will help you find your rhythm of breath throughout the session. We will then take some time at the end to integrate your experience and answer any questions you might have.

For younger children, we have created bespoke Early Years Tours. Please book onto those if you are looking for Pre-Nursery, Nursery or Reception entry.
Entrance to the site is via Barrow Lane (not Hither Chantlers) as a one-way system is in operation.
Please park in the reserved parking space outside the historic, Grade II listed "Mansion House" and make your way to the main reception at the modern Collings Building to sign in. You will be introduced to the Head, Ruth O'Sullivan, and will tour the classrooms, grounds and facilities accompanied by a member of our Admissions team.
