You will be guided through a breathing pattern to carefully curated music, enabling you to dive deep into your body and clear out stagnant energy, limiting beliefs and release emotional blockages or old patterns within. The whole session will last around 1 hour. On arrival I will take you through and help prepare you for the session - which I will facilitate throughout the 40 minutes of breathing.
