The workshop is a paint-a-long style session, where you will be guided through your painting step-by-step by the art tutor, Stephanie Wardle. As a class you will all be painting the same painting and you will be provided with all the materials to create your own special artwork to take home. Background Two of the things I love are connecting people who can potentially help each other in some way and playing golf (or at least trying to…) So I’ve decided to combine the two and set up this monthly golf networking group based in Yorkshire. I am particularly passionate about making golf inclusive and more accessible, therefore this group is for golfers of all abilities. Whether you’ve never held a golf club in your life but want to give it a go or whether you play off scratch, you will be very welcome. The only requirement is that you’re prepared to support and encourage other members of ‘The Club’, regardless of where they are in their golfing journey. In addition to getting to play golf, members of The Club get to meet a wide range of professionals from across the Yorkshire business community and beyond. The current format is that we spend an hour on the range or other practice facilities with coaching from professionals and an hour having lunch and a chat. Due to this format, I have had to cap the number of attendees each month to 30. There are loads of great opportunities to play golf in the Yorkshire business community, if you have the ability and time to play 18 holes. Hopefully this format fits into calendars a bit more easily and is fun for golfers of all levels of experience. Combining golf and business- the dream! Golf clubs and attire You are more than welcome to bring your own golf clubs if you have them but don’t worry if you do not have your own, Leeds Golf Centre will be able to provide these.
