Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason? Limited seating is usually provided for individuals who are less able to stand or need to rest. 8. Is the venue accessible? Our events take place in various locations across the World. Please check the venue's website for accessibility information. 9. Are your headphones compatible with hearing aids/ear implants? Our headphones are completely compatible with standard hearing aids, however if the hearing aids are designed to amplify in the range of 70hz-8500hz, the headphones are unlikely to be compatible. This would potentially cause them distortion and across the board for all Silent disco Equipment. 10. Is food/drink available for purchase at your events? We offer a fully stocked bar at all of our events. Food vendors are only available at outdoor events. 11. Is there a dress code? There is no strict dress code for the event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. However, if the event is being held in a cathedral, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels as they may cause damage to the cathedral flooring. You may not be allowed entry if you are wearing stilettos or high heeled shoes that can damage historic flooring of venues. 12. How can I contact you if I have further questions? The journey itself was serene and picturesque, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.Our guide, dressed in traditional Edwardian attire, expertly navigated the flat-bottomed boat with a long pole, allowing us to relax and take in the tranquil surroundings. We drifted past lush greenery, charming bridges, and historic architecture, all of which created a postcard-perfect backdrop. The gentle pace of the punting made it easy to fully appreciate the beauty of the Christchurch Botanic Gardens and the calm waters of the river.The entire experience was wonderfully calming, yet never dull. Our guide shared interesting tidbits about the area&rsquo;s history and natural features, making the trip both relaxing and educational. It&rsquo;s the kind of activity that feels timeless&mdash;no rush, no stress, just the simple pleasure of gliding through a scenic waterway.Overall, I&rsquo;d highly recommend punting on the Avon to anyone visiting Christchurch.
