Boots on the Ground is a workshop for those who have served in military, are currently serving and/or first responders (fire/police/paramedic). Join us for a transformative 2-hour workshop with horses—a unique experience that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Through hands-on interactions, you’ll discover how these intuitive animals can help us better understand ourselves and uncover what might be ‘off’ in our lives. This workshop is perfect if you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, or found that traditional approaches haven’t provided the clarity you need. By the end of this experience, you’ll gain powerful insights into how human behavior mirrors horse behavior, leaving you feeling more grounded, self-aware, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
