Thank you for your interest in Charlie's Competition (formerly The Summer Swolstice) hosted by Undone Strength and Fitness. This is the FIFTH year of our summer competition and we are ready to make it the best year yet! This year we changed the name to honor our sweet gym girl, Charlie. She was diagnosed with cancer on March 19th with no treatment options. At 11.5 years old, Charlie Girl is and always will be one of the biggest parts of this gym. She wakes up early for the AM classes and stays well into the evening to see her PM members. She doesn't know a stranger at our gym, but knows when it's time to get down to work. The sweetest girl, the biggest heart, and the strongest soul. Our male/female comp is a RX, intermediate, and scaled competition. Each year we grow bigger and bigger and have been selling out earlier from the year before. Be sure to get signed up ASAP! The last day to sign up and still get a t-shirt will be Sunday, June 29th at 11:59pm. However, we will still take teams if we aren't sold out, past then. Mark your calendars for July 12th. Year 5. 3 Divisions. 1 Great Cause! Join us in raising supplies and funds for Kiya Koda Humane Society with our summer competition. Standards: RX Requirements Deadlift (225/155+), Thruster (135/95+), Any variation of Clean (185/125+), Any Variation of Snatch (135/95+), Wallball work 10ft/9ft (30/20), Kettlebell work (70/53), Dumbbell Work (70/50), Box Jumps (30”/24”), All variations of jump rope, Toes-to-Bar, Muscle-ups, Handstand Walking, Handstand Push-ups, Pistol Squats, Rope Climbs. RX athletes should be prepared for everything. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movements. Intermediate Requirements Deadlift (185/135), Thruster (115/75), Any variation of Clean (135/95), Any Variation of Snatch (115/75), Wallball work 10ft/9ft (20+/14), Kettlebell work (35+/25+), Dumbbell Work (35+/20+), Box Jumps (24”/20”), Double-Unders, Toes-to-Bar, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-ups, Pistol Squats, Rope Climbs. Please note that these standards provide guidelines, and events may include different weights and/or movements. Scaled Requirements Deadlift (135/85), Thruster (75/55), Any variation of Clean (95/65), Any Variation of Snatch (75/55), Wallball work 10ft/9ft (14/10), Kettlebell work (35/25), Dumbbell Work (35/20), Box Step-ups (24/20), Single-Unders, Hanging Straight Leg Raises, Box Push Ups, Ring Rows.
