Join us for a Flavour-Led Foraging Walk at The Grange Hampshire! Join me at The Grange Hampshire.  A wonderful site with precise meeting location to be announced on the Wednesday prior to the session.  A great variety walks including hedgerows, waterways and mixed woodlands.  Flavour-Led Foraging walks walks are an introduction to foraging for flavour in order to teach on the rules and regulations, identification techniques, and the risks associated with wild food and drink. Throughout the walk we will identify seasonal ingredients and compare and contrast with their dangerous counterparts. During this I will be regularly visiting certain techniques of preservation and ways in which to create tasty wild ingredients to use at home along with a few tasters along the way. Same time of 10:00 -12:00. We'll be treated to a guided walk of the grounds, followed by refreshments in the beautiful barn. There'll still be plenty of opportunity to chat and make new connections.
