Join the Strong for the Slopes - Ski & Snowboard Conditioning Series, a dynamic 8-week fitness program designed for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders. Led by experienced trainer Jared Laxner, this series will enhance your strength, endurance, and flexibility, ensuring you are fully prepared for the slopes. The program will take place every Monday from October 30 to December 18, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the FIT Lab in the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center. During the program, you will have access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment and resources to optimize your training. Expect comprehensive total body workouts targeting the muscles and skills essential for skiing and snowboarding. Please note that this program is not suitable for beginners. If you are new to winter sports, we recommend starting with a foundational program before joining. Non-members are welcome to participate and will receive access to the center and the TrueCoach app during the program.
