Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event date.
FAQ
What should I wear?
Outdoor-appropriate attire is recommended. Hiking shoes or runners are best. We suggest dressing in layers to accommodate shifting weather conditions.
Do I need to bring gear?
No specific gear is required, but we strongly encourage attendees to bring their own
bike helmets
and
trail gear
(including bikes if possible).
Note: Bike rentals are limited and will be shared among attendees on a rotation basis.
Bringing your own gear ensures you get the most out of the experience. Lawn chairs are also welcome for outdoor comfort.
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all attendees.

Sessions are all indoors and the event will run
